Ordering was difficult because the order taker was and elderly lady with an African accent who didnt understand us very well so our order was wrong. Then while we were ordering we wanted to sub the drink for a blizzard and she said she couldnt do it because it would take the manager and she wasnt getting the manager. Then the burger was CRAZY hot. So hot, the ketchup inside of it was steaming... during our dining experience you could hear the same lady getting mad at other employees when they ask her questions and at one point she was walking through the whole back of house yelling and it was easily heard in the dining room. I feel bad for the other employees because they were clearly embarrassed.

Normal Dairy Queen..... friendly staff and average food. Still enjoy a blizzard now and again!
