Employees I've interacted with when they are open are nice and I've always found them to be helpful, so this one star review doesn't pertain to them - it pertains to whoever operates this store. This place has Incredibly unreliable hours, you can pretty much count on them closing early - I don't even bother trying after 6 pm even though they say they close at 9, often they don't open on time either. Today I went to buy some essentials at 2pm on a Saturday and there's a big handwritten pink sign just saying "store's closed" no information on whether it was a temporary closure because they were out on lunch/break or anything else. Clearly like many places they aren't retaining enough reliable workers to cover their needs, and that probably has to do with bad wages. Just pay your employees enough to find reliable ones or close up shop so a better run business can take your place.
