This is the worst place to work . The owners of the Group Home are racist towards black. The owners laugh and joke with their other white employees but with the black employees they put the dictator face and command the job to be done.They are unbelievably disrespect to their black Employees. I worked there for one year always worked never called in apart from two days that I was sick. When I moved to a new job that payed me better pay, I gave a two weeks notice, I even extended because the managers told me to stay since there was no body that would work for the shift I was covering.I called the employers for a job verification , they refused to send the form. One of them crossed the limit she was rude , and treated me as if i am not human. All the people that left the job had bad experience with the employers. Please if you want to work in a save environment and enjoy your job, never think of working here. Thank you.
