Dunn Brothers Coffee

I usually love this place. I work at Children's and come often. Today my experience was awful. My drink was made wrong. When asked to fix it I received attitude and was made to wait over 20 minutes. No apologies.

My boyfriend and I go here on the regular. The customers never seem to know what is going on. The cashier didn't know how to use the Dunn Bros app. and wouldn't bother to try and help. Another time we went in for morning coffee and were given total attitude from the cashier. I don't understand what their deal is here.

The young girl who seen me at the counter turned her back on me and continue doing what she was doing. Had me wait, than comes up to the counter no smile, her attitude was on her face, so I'm trying to be cheerful and I said, smile, she gave a fake smile. That you know what "b" and I said, you are in the wrong job. Your attitude needs adjusting. I placed my order and moved to the pick up area. Their was one guy cleaning up and I asked him if he was the mgr? He said, no I'm the supervisor. I was surprised that he didn't hear the incident with that girl. I told him what happen. He just said. Sorry for that and I said, I also want it reported to upper management. From his demeanor, he didn't handle the whole incident very professional. I have been there a few times. This was the 1st worse customer service at Dunn Brothers on W.7th Street near Xcel, in St. Paul.

I don’t give service to shops that post the wrong hours online and their door. Coffee is coffee. This shop needs to get it together
