If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give them to Brent! I feel so fortunate to have found him to repair my grandfather clock which has been in my family for more than 150 years!. Knowledgeable, skillful, thorough, patient, caring are terms I associate with Brent. Simply put, he is a master clockmaker who loves his work. I know he treated my clock as if it was his own! Thank you, Brent!!

My daughter picked out a replica Anniversary clock for her sister from a local thrift store. She was so excited, but when we got it home she opened the movement compartment and not the battery compartment, knocking all the clock parts out! Oh the tears. I called Brent and he says he'd see if there was anything he could do. Brent was able to repair the clock perfectly and gave me a little history lesson about anniversary clocks too! I can't say enough good things about Brent and his skills and service. Thank you for saving a sister's birthday idea!

If you're looking to have your cherished clock repaired, look no further than Brent. It's always difficult to find the right person in situations like this especially with something that seems to be a dying art form, but I hope that my missteps can make your decision easier. I and my clock suffered two previous repair shop's attempts to fix my clock. One of them, unbeknownst to me and to my regret, used superglue in his arsenal of repair techniques. The other immediately started telling me how much it was going to cost before he had any idea what the problem actually was, even to the point of saying I needed to replace the entire mechanism to the tune of roughly $1700 in parts. As I renewed my search for someone who could help me with my clock, I found Brent. When I called, he practically diagnosed the problem over the phone. Now that the clock has been repaired, it's working like new. It even sounds like it has new life. I'm thrilled that our family can again enjoy the ceaseless chiming of the hours for many years to come. I guess for me it's true, the third time is the charm. Again, if you need clockwork done, do yourself and your clock a favor and entrust the repair to Brent.
