Keys Cafe - The original

Hi Jung, I would love to get some more information about your visit from you if possible. We need to confirm the day and time you came in so we are able to identify who would have been responsible for serving you. We also don't seat people at this location so there is a concern that you may not be reviewing the correct location. We are quite small and while mistakes can happen, it is hard to imagine that you were left for over 30 minutes, especially intentionally as we wouldn't ever hire a server that would intentionally ignore any demographic of people as our customer base is diverse in just about every aspect you can think of. But even if there was a mix-up with locations I would still like to get more details to pass the information along to the correct recipient. If you and your party were intentionally ignored by a server, in no way shape or form does that worker represent Keys Cafe and our beliefs, and proper action will be taken.
