        I, too, have tried to cancel my membership and they keep trying to bill me. Not the same place or experience compared to pre-Covid and under new management at all.

        I have had a membership for years. I recently had a baby and am unable to go anymore, so I canceled my membership. I was still charged even after getting a cancellation email. I have been trying to get in contact with management since May (it is not July) and have yet to get a response to try and solve the problem. This new management is awful.

        Excellent experience! People were friendly, workout was incredible! Facilities were great. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, face wash etc to use the showers after an intense workout! They provide towels and showers!
