I called them to get help with a harassment restraining order, but my situation doesn't fall under any of their services. That's fine, and I'm totally glad that my situation isn't like anything that they cover, because I would make things much worse for me. And I'm glad that they provide this service to the people who need it. My biggest issue was how the lawyer I talked to participated in our conversation. I was already clear that they don't cover my situation, and I was fine with that. But in my conversation with the lawyer who kept me on the phone by asking me questions about the situation, she was super judgmental without knowing the full situation, and the stress from other situations that had nothing to do with this was very clear in the attorney's tone. We were only picking out parts of the situation that may be relevant to what they cover, even though I already knew that my situation isn't under anything to cover. I know everyone's working under very special circumstances and even though our presidency and administration have changed we're going to be suffering for a long time for our previous leadership. nothing personal against the attorney, but I was at a four and she was at a 12, and I needed her to come down to at least a 7. I hope this attorney gets the relaxation she deserves: a bath bomb, a vacation, a spa day. maybe it would be as simple as fully addressing and confronting whatever the main stressors are. I have no ill will towards this attorney, and I wish her well, and I hope things change for the better in her life.
