        The soda syrup they sell is almost like water. I'm having to actually boil down the liquid so that I can actually make it into syrup thats useable. I emailed them at which point they basically told me I'm doing it wrong. I would keep looking if you're considering buying from them as it looks like they have no real return policy for items that are not as described. All you need to do is look up the reivews they have from either the bb, yelp or resellerratings. They have a review process on their website but stop any reviews that are bad. This is how they stay in business. Edit 3/5/23: They got back to me today shortly after leaving this review and did issue me a refund. I have added two stars for the customer service.
