Poor service. Over six months Jim still admits he sold us the wrong product and says hell fix it but has yet to get us the correct product he says he ordered just the wrong stuff. He admit he doesn't know about the product he is selling. Now the doors are locked and they are changing their name. Has never returned a call from his messages.

I was having issues with my MacBook Pro and had previously brought it to Apple. I have AppleCare but apparently the problems aren't covered by the AppleCare. Apple wanted to charge me a min charge of $700 to open it up replace certain components to see if the issue was hardware related! I brought it to Minco! Tony (Apple guy) said he would take a look! He kept me informed the entire time he had it. He was able to fix the problem and I only had to pay a $79 bench fee! Customer service was exceptional! I would recommend Minco to anyone having computer troubles!

Fast fast service, and great prices. I looked up what Geek Squad would have charged me, and it was significantly more than what Minco charged, and for the same job! The 69.99 bench fee is reasonable when you consider the time and effort they put into it. I also got a brand new harddrive, twice the size of my old one, for a great price. Plus, they told me it would take 3 or 4 days, but I had it back the next day. Great people, good service!
