I had a upper level toilet that started leaking water on the floor. Called El-Jay on a Wednesday morning and they made an appointment for Friday but said there is a possibility that someone could be out that same day. Later that afternoon I got a call from a service tech saying that they were about a half hour away. They arrived and were very quick to fix the issue, our toilet had a bad wax ring. If anyone is looking for a plumber I would consider El-Jay, the plumber was very knowledable and after looking everything over told me exactly what the problem was and why the problem happend, turns out when our house was built the toilet was never installed correctly. Very happy with the work they did and the prompt response. Would highly recommend and would hire again. Service: Toilet repair
