Always provides quality eye care at a great price. He and his staff are very caring, always taking the time you address your every need. I would highly recommend him for your eye care needs.

Went in to order new contacts and they were discontinued. I was told I could be "re-fit" at no charge as I had recently gone through the process, and was only in the situation due to there being no direct replacement from the manufacturer. I did find them online, but went ahead with the appointment as I prefer to buy local. I verified there was no fee when I went in, only to later receive a bill for it. I spoke to a staff member and apparently Dr. Kreitlow had scolded them for not billing me, still saying it was no charge. He decided just to go ahead and send the bill without conversation. I received several notices and called in to dispute, being told I by staff that I had no unpaid bill...then I received notice that it had gone to a collection service...over $50! I did get an updated prescription from another practitioner there which I appreciate, as well as a nice staff. Zero stars if I could for Dr. Kreitlow himself. 5 stars for anyone who has to work for him.

The eye exam was fast and I learned something new about myself. Doctor was great. Customer service was fine.
