Over the past twenty years, I have worked in the administration of three different service-industry companies, (including my own business, est. in 2008), working directly with the insurance agencies that covered them. I used to truly dread working with insurance, because many of the details can get confusing, and those previous agents would sound obviously irritated and condescending, like they just didn’t have time for me or my questions, or mistakes. A friend of mine recommended North Risk Partners, so I decided to look into them. After meeting with Jacki Olson, (commercial agent), I decided to take all of my business to them. I have never regretted that decision! Everyone I’ve talked to is friendly and helpful. Whenever I have to call (or email) them, I hang up with a smile on my face and a feeling of confidence that my company and my personal insurance needs are being handled professionally and competently. I highly recommend them as a company, and I highly recommend Jackie Olson! She is friendly and respectful, and she makes everything about commercial insurance less stressful!

North Risk Partners has an amazing staff that has worked with us to find the best options for all of our insurance needs. Jackie Olson in particular is always on the ball and ready to help with anything that comes up, and she does it in the friendliest way we have experienced from an insurance agent since opening in 2008. Since switching to North Risk, the only surprises have been how enjoyable it has been to work with them. I highly recommend them! Great job!

All of the insurance agents here that I have worked with are extremely professional and helpful. Recently I needed new business insurance, and Jackie Olson spent weeks searching for the best coverage for me and was able to answer my many questions. I highly recommend this agency.
