Rented from this company in college, they essentially stole our damage deposit by stacking up odd cleaning charges when we moved out, I think they even sent a bill. Ex: they charged $50 to mow the lawn even though we mowed it the day we moved out. It was a dumpy college house, we cleaned it thoroughly, there were no damages and they charged an insane hourly rate to clean it. If you rent here you better remodel the kitchen before you move out or you ain't getting your damage deposit back.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Our automatic withdrawal took an extra months of rent from 4/5 of the tenants. A total of $1065. When we asked for the money back they said they couldn’t give it back, and we would have to wait to receive it in our deposit. When we got our damage deposit back they charged us the full $1325 for the original damage deposit and the $1065 of the accidental rent for more “damages”. Plus another $133 on top of that. We got screwed out of our money that they legally were not supposed to take from us. DO NOT RENT FROM ST CLOUD RENTAL RESOURCE. They scam you and lie to you. Beyond angry at this company.
