I’ve been a member of this 9-Round for about a year and love it! The Owner of this location, Ashley, is a great trainer and always positive and enthusiastic. One of the things I love best is that there are no class times. You can just show up whenever is convenient for you, and your workout is done in 30 minutes. I also love that they open early, 5:30 a.m., so I can get my workout in before I head to work. 8 of the 9 circuits change every day, so you’re always doing something new and challenging different parts of your body. The heart-rate monitoring system they utilize is also a fun part of the workout. I love seeing in real-time how hard I’m working, and monitoring how many calories I’m burning. I highly recommend this gym!
