    I was with my friends the other day buying some skincare and looking at other good products but it felt like we were constantly being asked if we needed help and felt like we were being followed, I felt that weird vibe especially when we were next to a group of workers quietly talking to each other. I can guarantee you we werent thinking of stealing AT ALL, we just wanted to look around and we get excited but I did felt a little discriminated not gonna lie and there was this other staff that had some sort of attitude when I accidentally bumped into her, she had thick eyebrows long hair and wasnt wearing her tag probably because she acts rude in general and dosent wanna tell us her name (this was on March 29) but anyways, I tried my best to look like I wasnt being suspicious at all since thats how the staff felt I was gonna do something bad but I didnt like my experience that day. I usually come by myself and have no problem at all but this time with my friends, it felt very uncomfortable. And yall have the nerve to act all nice AFTER I buy my stuff and leave the store. I hope this doesnt happen again

    Zero problem solving skills I called the Rosedale store to help me with 3 items that I purchased there, the lady that answered the phone wanted me to call 1800 number , I asked to speak to the manager and after the manager acknowledged their mistake didnt even apologize instead she asked to return my money.

    I came in with a lot of asks and specificities about a product I wanted and an employee helped me so much! They helped me find the right color as well. The exact shade I wanted wasn't in stock in store, but then they gave me extra sample sizes of it to use while I ordered it from online. Really friendly and helpful.
