Shower remodel. Did an excellent job on our shower. Was done very fast and is holding up beautifully.

Shoddy work and outrageous prices. I have a $15,000.00 shower that was installed improperly, scratched on all sides, holes in my bathroom walls, their rude plumber tore out part of the ceiling and left boards and insulation all over the floor and installed the drain incorrectly. The base is unstable, flexing in places, which is of great concern. There was (and still is) plaster dust all over my house and they sent a very nice young man to inspect the shower after I emailed pictures to the service manager, who caulked up the shower, patched up the holes in the walls, apologized for the shoddy work and promised theyd replace it by September/October. Now, their service manager has blocked my email after ONE inquiry. And notice how the owner is ignoring my review? Dont waste your time and money on this company. Update: They did send someone finally (new service manager!), but he was simply going to glue the new walls over the old ones, which was exactly what they had advised against during the meeting with their sales rep..they had also sent him out without the correct pieces. He advised the scratches did not void the warranty and was unsuccessful in trying to get me a partial refund (the lady in charge said NO!) on the shoddy work. I passed on the new project as he advised it was NOT a structurally sound idea and I was simply done dealing with this company.

I had an absolute horrifying experience with this company. My family scheduled a no obligation consultation to replace a shower. I told the rep up front and multiple times during the consult that I would be looking at offers from multiple companies and making a decision later in the week. We listened to him for over two hours talk about their company. Finally, he gave us a price but told us it would was a limited time offer and had to decide that night. We again told him that we still wanted a second opinion. At this point, he called my father a clown and became accusatory and angry. In response to this, my father asked him to leave. He then got on the phone pretending to call someone stating that he was being kicked out of the house and proceeded to storm off. He peeled out of the driveway as fast as possible in his car. I read through over reviews for this company and Ive noticed a similar pattern in many other reviews. It seems that this company relies on bullying and pressuring their clients, especially older ones.

It took a little while for them to schedule our installation but after that they were professional, efficient, and clean! We would recommend others for the installation of windows. Service: Window installation
