I came into the dealership and Doug was my sales agent. He was very welcoming and had me relaxed when I was buying my first car there. Doug just knew what he was doing and he was very good at explaining certain things about the vehicle and estimate payments.
There was another guy I wanna give a shout out to. Kyle was the guy that cleaned my car inside while I was doing paperwork.

Worst experience I've EVER had.
Please read the entire review before WASTING your hard earned money here.
Dan Volz from their internet sales department was horrible with communication, a skill an internet sales professional should excel at.
He took a week to respond, didn't ask me ANY questions to better understand what I wanted and when I decided against buying from their dealership because of the communication he told me, and I quote "I must have been too busy providing excellent customer service to my customers that booked an in person experience".
This from the INTERNET SALES REP.
I work hard for my money, own your mistakes and ask for an opportunity to earn my business. If the front end sales experience is condescending and arrogant, can you imagine how you're treated if you have a problem?
Please, there are far better dealerships to spend your hard earned money at.
