Last time i was at the downtown saint paul location, they gave me the wrong meal. Then i had to have them remake the wrong meal they gave me because they just tossed it into the bag and exploded everywhere.
Went back today, get the bag of chips half full, then sat down to eat the Turkey Hoagie... They forgot the tomatoes and mayo lol. This place is such a joke. Will not be coming back, this is ridiculous.

Three of us stopped for lunch. Thought we'd try something new. Started with no soups available. No pretzel bun. Our food came out at random times. Heard the staff talking about heating the chili in the microwave. Got the wrong sandwhich and then our friend found a hair in her wrap. Yeah, not impressed. The two girls then proceeded to discuss the hair being found with each other in front of waiting customers...with one girl saying "no one's ever found a hair before...I'm not wearing a hair net". Next customer comes up. They are out of everything he wants. He says "then why are you still displaying in on the board?" Great comedy show.

Wonderful . the cashier was knowledgeable and sweet as ever!! It was our first visit.. We sure will be back!
