        I had a carpet company come out to clean my carpets. The company was referred to me and I was told they did a great job. Long story short, they completely damaged my carpet and left me with smelly, moldy bacteria ridden carpets and refused to make it right. I called Oxy Fresh amd Mike came right out. He tried to get the smell out of the carpet but it just came back. Mike did a great job and explained that he would try but the carpet was so far gone that it might now work. I called Mike after he left to tell him that the carpet still smelled bad. He refined money and was so professional. I will definitely use Oxy Fresh the next time I need my carpets/upholstery cleaned. Service: Carpet cleaning
