        Very poor communication if any at all. 22nd year doing taxes and this one was harder than typical because of them. Maby covid but the phones still work. It took them 3 tries to get our taxes right then they paper filed them, I can do all that for free not 500.00. Now all said and done they did not file them correctly causing me to have them amended and pay someone else. I would not recommend therse guys to anyone ever. Completely botched our taxes. And we still have no state, or federal returns back or property tax They suck

        Every year I've brought my taxes Mike and all the folks do a great job on them and very quick to respond to any questions or inquiries. If your looking for an accountant to do your taxes at a solid rate it's a great choice.
