Normally I love this place. I've never been disappointed by their food, prices, or service. Tonight was a bit different. I placed an order for pick up online, pick up time was 6:32. I arrived and picked up the food at 6:35. I live less than a minute away and when I got home the food was cold. Everything. Items were missing.... I paid $50 for my order and I expect hot food when I'm on time.

Called ahead about an hour. Was told there would be no problem coming in to eat for two people. Went in sat down for our cute husband wife date. My husband and I started chatting when a really rude loud nasty person named Brien rushed by and yelled at us "it's going to be over an hour wait for dinner tonight". In a very matter of fact tone. Didn't stop to speak to us just yelled it. So giving her a second chance to redeem herself my husband calmly walkedup to the bar to have a conversation with her when she proceeded to be very rude. We decided to just leave and spend our night elsewhere. Terrible service here. I'd give no stars if it were an option.

The ambiance is way cool our waitress was prompt with drinks and food ordering and delivery took a little while to get our check after plates were cleared but we were in no hurry.. otherwise food staff and place pure rock stars from one bar and grill owner to another!!! 100%
