Worst online shopping experience ever. They canceled my order a week in because they say they don't carry that item any more. That's fine, however these morons didn't refund my payment, then they sent me a $300 bottle of boiler stop leak, something I've never heard of, or will never use, (My original order was for safety glasses). Now they are trying to charge me for the stop leak and will not give me my original payment back. This place is a nightmare and should be avoided at all cost.

The person who runs the warehouse portion needs to find a job where he doesn't deal with the public. The sales end is helpful and knowledgeable.

Largest building center in many miles, contractor orientation... but us weekend warriors are SOL. I've been there 3-4 times on the weekend, and it's staffed by teens and people NOT DIY handy-type. Only go there when in need of something that the small town hardware stores don't carry now. Quite disappointed.

Ordered a Chicago Cutlery set. (Free Shipping) The set came with a missing knife and I was told to ship the set back to receive a full refund including shipping ($15.91) They told me the shipping costs would be refunded separately. After three calls I accepted the fact that I had been lied to.

Ordered 2 orders of an item that advertised 12 items per box. Boxes were 11.00 per box. On both orders Geroy's only sent 2 items per order. Company has refused to respond.
