        Honestly, this place deserves 5 stars, but I just can’t do 5 as I cannot justify whosever decision it was to build this place without balconies. This place is clean, and quiet. The neighbors are nice enough when passing them in the hall. The price is by far the highest out of all other apartment options in Roseau. Other apartments have private entrance. This one is shared hallway. Overall, pretty nice. It should have never gotten a 1 star review, that is for sure.

        Very bad management don’t know how to get back to you and let you know what’s going on very bad don’t recommend It at all they act nice right away but very bad management.
