I am rating this branch on specifically the fact that they do not have a coin machine for their customers. I brought a small container of assorted coins and was told I would have to count and roll the coins myself and then bring them back to exchange. I was also told that the reason for not having a machine is because the business owners (who are not actually Wells Fargo..?) found it too expensive to maintain. Thought it was all very odd and not customer friendly.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I've had home loans, auto loans, and many interactions through my business with their representatives. I rarely take the time to write reviews other than about restaurants and hotels through Trip Advisor (I've written a few well deserved bad ones). I just wanted to take the time to praise Alexander Kister at the Rogers branch for his exceptional communication and customer service skills. He is without a doubt the most professional representative I have had contact with at any Wells Fargo in the last 25 years.

Started the day at the Monticello branch to open two minor accounts and a savings account. I called in advance and was not told anything about needing social security cards for the kids. Left to go home and get them and then proceeded to the Rogers branches. They were too busy to open the accounts even though a banker (office right by the door) was sitting with a friend and chit chatting. Now waiting in Maple Grove. Ridiculous customer service. AlsoWells Fargo not having coin machines is unfortunate and another clear display that customer convenience is not a priority.
