My husband and I relocated from Maryland to Minnesota and decided to buy a house immediately. Melanie and Chris started helping us before we moved. I have used Melanie Schmidt's service 3 times for buying, selling, and buying again, and she is FANTASTIC, easy to work with, and able to understand my odd requirements that I required each time. She very down to earth, yet very professional, and not the typical pushy sales real estate type that I have run into many many times in Rochester and surrounding areas. Melanie and Chris are the perfect team to help you find your dream home. They will listen to your wants and needs to help customize your search and will go out of their way to make your home-buying experience a great one. I am a previous homeowner, and I have to say that this has been a much better experience than the first time I went through this. Their knowledge and connections are a must have. They recommended an amazing home inspector, Mark Wodrich, Accurate Home Inspections, whom you won't want to buy a home without. You won't find this team anywhere else - Melanie and Chris have great personalities and are fantastic to work with.

Melanie and Chris listed our home in Rochester last March and it sold in 4days! Through the process, this team was professional, knowledgeable, organized and a joy to work with.
