        Tim M messed up our bathroom while attempting to fix a steamer. Without running any tests or contacting the manufacturer, he decided to cut into the cabinets and remove the steamer, recommended we buy a new one. We ended up diagnosing the issue ourselves a simple cable replacement fixed it. Action charged us for the time they spent not knowing what they were doing, billing over $1000 in labor for a job that could have been done by simply switching a cable, instead of cutting into the wall, removing the two-year-old steamer, and installing a new one.
