An absolutely amazing experience and flawless cuisine, is what Chef Matt provided for my July wedding at the Sacred Clay Inn. I provided my menu choices and his created a masterpiece of them all. Matt treated us with a special dessert surprise following the meal and it was such a lasting impression for myself, my husband and our guests! He was kind, personable, and worked very hard to provide the best meal I have ever had. I am thoroughly pleased and will definitely recommend him all day long! Thank you Matt, for everything.

Matt hosted a 26 guest rehearsal dinner. We planned the menu with him. Everyone raved about the quality and flavors. We asked him to describe each of the 3 courses and he was fun but not also did not interfere with the festivities. We would recommend him for any dining event you want customized and special.
