If I could do no stars, I would. Building smelled of mold and cigarette smoke.First room they put us in was no addressed by housekeeping after the last guest. Put in new room. No available outlets to plug in my cell phone except the bathroom. Rooms smelled, no exhaust fan, floors were dirty with dirt and grime in corners, holes in walls,, basic maintenance was not kept up, carpet stained and questionable, and the furniture was broken and falling apart. No coffee pot or coffee. Breakfast was a joke. Orange juice was watered down and full of fruit flies. Coffee pot empty. The place was a total dump. Back parking lot full of old beds and air conditioners. The people working were very unenthusiastic in their job. I feel sorry for anyone having to stay here for the Mayo Clinic. I expected bed bugs and cockroaches at every turn. For your health, please don't stay there.

First room they put us in wasnt clean, beds unmade, and the second room was no better...dirty and run down and outdated....left after a few minutes....skin crawling.....dont do it!!
