We worked with John for our initial radon inspection, and he was so knowledgeable and easy to work with that we brought him back for a full inspection on our home before our 1 year warranty expired. John was very personable and professional. He answered all questions before, during and after inspection. His inspection was very thorough and detailed and he makes it a point to take the time to walk you through the home and go over his inspection results, rather than just sending you a lengthy report to figure out what everything means on your own.

John is always on time for inspection and sending me the report. He is very knowledgeable and the report is thorough and detailed. He is not only a home inspector to me, but also a teacher. He is always willing to teach and share his knowledge regarding how to care and maintain a house. I am very happy for hiring him.

John was very thorough. He showed us concerns ti be aware of now and possible future things to consider. His report was in terms that we could understand and showed pictures of the things he had pointed out to us.
