Matt did a large 2700 sq ft addition for us starting in August 2019 and finished in summer of 2020. Right on timeline for size of the project. We added 4 bedrooms, kids bathroom, upstairs play area with a full basement so it involved a lot of coordinating. He was always responsive and answered calls/texts immediately. Any questions or concerns we had he was happy to answer or help find solutions. Easy to work with and was not controlling of things when we wanted it done a certain way. We had a lot of unique things to try and match with the original house and he stepped up to the challenge. Couldn’t of asked for better communication as he was constantly letting me know subs schedules. All of his subs were easy to work with as well. We are very happy with the quality of work and would recommend him. We felt we got great work for the cost as well. Services: Flooring, Painting, Waterproofing, Water fixture installation, Tile fitters, Floor fitting, Remodelling

I no longer trust this company.
The owner Matt Wheeler has not been paying his subcontractors, I am taking him to court (K&S Heating vs 99 North) On 1-22-19.
Today is 1-2-19 and he did not show up for court with Junge's Flooring who is also looking to be paid by 99 North.

Do not use this company, if I could I'd give a negative rating. He did a 3 bathroom remodel in our home and our 8 week job took 24 weeks and the quality of the work was not great. The shower doors are too short, there are holes in the grout throughout the showers and floors, etc. He also was not paying his subs and we had the two largest subs threatening to put a lien on our house. We ended up paying the two subs which meant we ended up paying $7k more than we should have. The owner Matt Wheeler does not seem to have any integrity of making things right. He even encouraged me to give the tiler a bad google review when we were having troubles with them. I put in a BBB complaint on him and he has not responded to that.
