LRS Rochester Transfer Station

It’s the third Monday in a row our dumpster was not emptied. Week 1, called Advanced and was told to call Waste Mgmt as they took over Advanced; reached customer svc and was told they would have a truck come that day to get it. That didn’t happen. Called again the next day and was told it would get picked up the next Monday (week2) which is our scheduled pickup but again it was not picked up. Called again and customer svc could not state any reason for being missed again — 2 days later Irma was picked up. Week 3: Put dumpster out last night but it was Not picked up today! Will call again to report but we would not recommend Advanced or Waste Mgmt at this time.

My recycling container continues to sit on the street - since Wednesday night. You were supposed to pick that up yesterday like the trash. Didn't happen. This is what Advanced Disposal did several times and I fired them and hired you. PLEASE... I paid - and have brought you more business too - come and hold up your part of this deal. This services has been great - until yesterday. I'm knocking you down half way star wise. I'll put something positive out here if you finish the job. Everyone makes mistakes.

No 0 star rating option!? Half a star!? When we first moved over here and shopped around and gave Advanced Disposal a try. After having Y Waste in Austin, I was very leery about how they'll be able to top them or at least be on the same level since they were such an amazing company (If anything fell- they'd get out to pick it up, if you forgot your can they'd actually get it). I was pleased at first with Advanced Disposal then the pick ups started getting missed, garbage cans knocked over, garbage ALL over the place and thought MAYBE they didn't see it- which was giving them the benefit of a doubt. Today has been my last straw. Once I heard the garbage truck pulled up I happened to look outside to see garbage again all over. I waited for someone to get out- NOPE! They just drove down to the end of our cul-de-sac, So I waited because MAYBE they didn't see. Oh no, they did and as they drove by I had the door open as they looked at the garbage and kept driving, though I WATCHED them watch the garbage in passing. This company is ridiculous, and we'll be switching as this is NOT the first time we've had this experience. Such lazy drivers- they will not get out to clean up the mess THEY create, leaving my TINY can already half full. Never again will I do this, nor will I ever recommend this company. You'll regret it.
