      • Extremely dissatisfied with the spectrum service! I switched from t mobile to spectrum, I talked to the representative of the spectrum for more than an hour, he offered me all the additional functions for money, but the numbers never activated! Although I asked him 3 times and that's it! Extremely dissatisfied, I've already regretted switching from t mobile to spectrum

        I have been on the phone with Customer Service for 3 hours due to my account being hacked. Dealing with 7 different departments beginning with Fraud and now back to Fraud. Could someone please contact me directly from Corporate as this should not have happened first off due to security infractions and bad company processes and procedures. I have worked within the IT industry for 12+ years and this is simply unacceptable.

        Today I had a tech out to see what the problem was with my internet and cable. His name was Jesus very friendly, helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing to electronically challenged Senior . He went above and beyond

        I am ordinarily not a complainer. However, my recent experience with Spectrum is almost unbelievable. I called them to learn more about their TV service. I never agreed to add any services, but I learned that (behind the scenes) services were added to my account that I didnt need or want. Now, it is taking a number of calls to the Call Center to get these stopped. Beware of any communication you have with Spectrum and clearly and emphatically say NO to anything you do not want! Trying to have services removed is way more difficult than it should be.
