I have been to 4-5 skilled nursing homes and have never had the care, staff, and attention that I received here. Every employee was genuinely concerned about my care and well being. I was very impressed with the call light response time. The staff were very attentive and took care of me in a quick manner. The cleanliness of my room and the building itself were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Awful place do not bring your love ones here. I'd give it zero if I could. They nearly cost my dad his life had I not got there when I did. He was taken back to the hospital and stayed 4 days.I insisted they call 911 or I will finally on the 2nd time of me yelling at them they did. He was having trouble breathing and when he asked for help they said oh your fine. I also told North Memorial Hospital about it. My Dad said he didn't feel safe there. SAD... there is one nurze who was the worst his name is Tom.. the day staff at the TCU is wonderful its the night staff yuck.

If you would like your loved one to pass quickly and uncomfortably, send them here.
I write this review purely out of concern to raise awareness of Good Samaritans unlivable treatment and conditions that ultimately took the life of my loved one. Our calls were regularly unanswered and with COVID-19 restrictions this was our primary means of communication heartbreaking. Regular treatments were not administered as instructed, this caused their health to quickly deteriorate.
I sincerely hope Good Samaritan takes more care in hiring qualified staff and pride in the critical role they play in life.
Please take this as a warning.

The Good Samaritan Society in Robbinsdale is a wonderful location with the best staff! Whenever I visit, I see residents enjoying themselves and staff is always happy and engaging in fun activities. The building is beautiful, clean and the grounds are spectacular...it's a beautiful campus
