        We custom ordered our dream Glacier fish house. Duane answered every question we had. He came in on his days off, stayed late, and made the entire process flawless.Rob explained everything very well and gave his honest opinion on what we should and shouldn't do on loans and warranties.Mike made sure we knew how to operate everything in and on the house before we left, and if he didn't know the answer, he made an immediate phone call to get one.Great crew that put in extra work to make our dream come true!

        Pleasureland sets the bar for RV sales and service centers, IMHO. Heated and enclosed service bays, big parts store with a LOT of on-hand stock, as well as a little old-fashioned store where you can actually *see and touch* what you're getting before you pay for it! Oh yeah-they sell lots of different kinds of RVs, too... Amber at the service desk didn't know the answer to a question for a part on my friend's old RV (hey, she's service dept, okay?!) so she she asked the parts manager Scott himself to come over and answer the question. Scott ended up helping us by going outside and looking at the issue we had and then he walked us back inside and picked off the shelf for us the couple of exact parts we needed! So yeah-excellent customer service, too! Like I told'em- I'm surprised any other RV sales outfits even bothered to set up shop in the county with them there already. I've been going to their Ramsey store since the early 2000s and I don't see myself ever needing to change that small fact! Much loves to Pleasureland from this old camper!
