I had them for over 15 years. It was just basic insurance, nothing special. When I left to another company, I have had to call twice after I cancelled and STILL have not received a refund. This is beyond frustrating when each time Ive been told its all been taken care of. Seems they are good at taking money, but not giving it back when that is what is needed. This happened in December, and it is not April.

Beth helped me when I needed it most! Could not believe how much I saved switching to Beth Riebel - State Farm.
I was going to have to sell the house and tell my kids we were moving into a hotel for a while, but with Beths help, I was able to keep my home and have affordable insurance. I didnt think it was possible, but Beth KNEW it was!

I met with Beth at her office a few weeks ago. You will not find a more kind, smart, honest person! I will refer and recommend any and all persons to Beth Riebel State Farm Agency. AND, she has awesome staff:)
