Flawless! I have 100+ year old maple floors in my home. They are very uneven in areas and had some significant stains. They are now beautiful! Joe’s pricing was identical to the big floor sanding company in town. The difference was Joe did the work himself, as opposed to the possibility of getting an inexperienced crew with the other company. Joe was here at precisely the time he said he would be here each day, and he finished the job on schedule. There were no additional charges that arose, and his bill was identical to the estimate he provided. Highly professional, fairly priced, and excellent quality work. I couldn’t have hoped for more!

My parents just bought their forever home but once they started moving in we noticed a “pet smell” that had been masked. A beautiful home, and it stinks...I called Gary and he was so prompt, personable, professional. Also he’s hilarious, and the most reasonably priced flooring/everything guy I’ve ever run across. Laidrite Flooring Systems was quick to respond I was walked through every step of the process and was told everything that would or could occur during the process. The floors look fantastic as well. 12/20/18 - We decided to hire Laidrite Flooring Systems again when we moved into a new house. This new house was built in the 1920's, and included original baseboards and radiators. Laidrite Flooring Systems put the time, effort and skill into hand scraping and sanding under the radiators to be even with the rest of the floors, and left our baseboards in perfect condition. I highly recommend this flooring specialist.
