Burger King

We waited about 20 minutes to get our order. The 10 piece chicken nuggets & french fries were over fried in old grease. Had a bitter taste. The coke machine was down so we couldn't get our drinks of choice. The girl at the window was pleasant. We didn't return because I think it was shortly before they closed & we live 8-10 miles away.

Had great experiences at this location for the first few months I had been living in this area then, this past weekend I decided to stop by and order a BK Double Stacker Meal and Two orders of 10 PC Nuggets. - The attendant did not confirm my order or tell me the price just told me to pull ahead. - I pull ahead then she proceeded to not follow the no contact rule with the bin and I handed my card to her. - She gave me my drink and did not say a word. - Window closes, The attendant starts dancing (that's fine I don't care how you keep yourself busy at your job but if it affects your work then its a problem) - I waited for give or take 8 to 10 mins. Was handed a bag with a burger, not the burger that I ordered but a cold burger, cold fries and nuggets. Due to how I feel about fast food restaurants I did not trust them to fix my order in a timely fashion and not sabotage my food for their mistake. So I left frustrated with all aspects of a transaction I was looking forward to. I will not be visiting this burger king ever again and I recommend you take the same cautions with this location.

I dont usually leave reviews but I waited in line here for twenty minutes with only five cars in front of me, then waited where youre supposed to order for ten minutes and then after paying they pulled me forward to wait another ten minutes. I waited a total of forty minutes and while they got the order right, it was all inedible. Everything was cold, not seasoned, the frys tasted like they were taken outside the freezer and left to thaw before thrown in the fryer and then served without salt. The only thing that tasted right was the shakes. This was the first time coming here and hopefully the last time. I think they only had one person working, considering the person who took the order was the same person at the register and the same person running the food out. If you wish to keep your sanity, do not come here.

Open noses and off mask when they talk each other. I stopped order and went McDonald. Scared covid19.

Food is good but only 2 person working and when it gets busy it takes forever for the food to come. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes for a drive-through order. I understand it becomes hard to handle the orders but it needs to be faster or bring more hands.
