All the sub contractors really work together and most of them very clean.

This builder is currently the worst builder south of the river . I had to force my hand to get paid and she showed up with a handgun on her belt to pay me. I took it as a threat . She also did the same thing with one of her customers That has had major problems with their build. They also took it as a threat .
Other Subcontractors have had to go to their office and demand payment.
Trust me when subcontractors are not getting paid their quality of work diminishes dramatically. It is apparent that have financial problems.
