We met with John on a property in shakopee, spent a hour and a half with him at the home. He told us all about himself and his business and how he takes 1 application at a time and goes from there. I paid $110 on his website and havent hear a word from him since! He communicated great until the application fees were paid. No word since!I have contacted him several times by email several times by phone. This isnt about being accepted or not cause I would know, I got no reports or response back! Its about communication and taking advantage of the hot rental market! The fees went to his company not anywhere else! I shoulda know better! But he seemed trustable! Silly me!

John provided a false sense of an open line of communication. He had us complete the background checks and no follow through since. Disappointing situation when we were set on renting the property. John's a true example of why you can't put your trust in a stranger. I would not recommend conducting business with him.

This company does not cater to students' needs. They will take advantage of you and squeeze every last bit of money out of you that they can. Do not rent from them. Do not.
