This is horrible. The mini golf is the only thing that looks like any of the pictures. Upsell Upsell Upsell is all they do. So I have purchased the 3 hour family deal and truly feel like I am stuck here for 2.5 hours. They have 3 or 4 video games and the rest are out dated ticket games. The concession stand well there really is not one. They service pizza but that is it! I will never come back to this place and really hope if you are looking for something as a family you really look somewhere else.

My Son went to Triple Play for a Birthday party. He is 7. Of course he loved the laser tag but he told me he was grossed out by how dirty the place was. This is a big deal because my kid is not a tidy kid. He said there was food on the chairs and the bathroom was disgusting. The man running the trinket counter needs a lesson in Customer Service. for 5 tickets you get one dum-dum sucker. A boy at the party did not have enough tickets so his mom gave him a quarter and asked the guy behind the counter if he could buy a sucker. The man said, no. Okay, this kids family just dropped 180 bucks to have a party at your establishment and you can't give the kid a sucker for a quarter?? SMH. Also, the laser tag guns were not all working and the boys would go ask the person working for assistance as stated in the beginning and the guy blew the boys off and went and sat behind the counter and stared at his phone. At one point the boys wanted to play mini-golf, they were unable to find anyone to assist with putters so they were not able to play. The gym area was unsupervised and a boy got stuck between the wall and a bouncy house. He was able to get out but he was very upset. There was zero supervision by staff or parents for that matter. The group of boys I saw were playing a mean game of dodgeball and many kids not playing dodgeball became the targets of balls in the face. I was really disappointed and was hoping to make this place a family hot spot this winter. I guess we will keep looking..

We went there for my sons birthday party a few weeks ago. My biggest complaint honestly is the lack of customer service. The owner, who never smiled or even wished my child a happy birthday, couldn't have cared less we were there. The drinking fountains were disgusting and the bathroom garbage was overflowing. All of the kids loved the laser tag there, that was the highlight. However, for what we paid, I would not go back there. I honestly hope the owner reads this and gets an eye opening. For the money we paid for that party, I would think the owner would be a lot friendlier and really try to at least fake it and act like he cared about his customers. I will not be going back.
