        Took my slow and noisy laptop to F1 and they replaced the cpu fan and installed a new ssd drive. Now my laptop is quiet and as fast as it was when it was new. All my files where cloned to the new drive. Did I mention they were very competitive? I am very satisfied.

        If 0 starts was an option thats what I would rate this place. Dont say you open at noon and when you clearly dont open at noon. Or answer the phone. Or call back.

      We had a personal issue to attend to the day we we're late. Unfortunately, this took us longer than we expected. We have been in business for 14 years and at times our personal lives take precedence over business. My wife handles the phones, the front desk and computer repairs. She averages over 40 calls a day, these calls are either customers, scam calls, sales calls and free tech support calls. Our voicemail states that at times a call gets missed and if that happens to please call back or send a text. So I am confused as to why you would leave us one star due to #1 Never using our shop for computer repair therefore not being a customer and #2 not following instructions.
