Trauma-Informed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for AdultsWe are currently accepting clients for our Trauma-Informed IOP for adults ages 18 and up. Call 763-577-2489 to learn more.Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), MONARCH is a comprehensive Trauma-Informed treatment program designed for young adults and adults who are experiencing considerable distress, anxiety or panic, depression, interpersonal struggles, trauma, and problems in coping and functioning amongst other concerns. MONARCH consists of a structured curriculum and includes psychoeducation, DBT and CBT skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, experiential exercises, relapse prevention planning, and more.The IOP is predominately group therapy supplemented with Individual Therapy, Medication Management, and Specialty Services (e.g., Family/Marital Counseling, Treatment for Sleep, Nutritional Support) to meet each clients unique needs. Our team members work in close collaboration with each clients psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and other internal or external care providers to provide excellency and cohesiveness in all regards.
