I have enjoyed a couple of their items in the past and due to my location wanted to order a few new items online to try. The online order process was fine and simple enough. Received confirmation email right away. Then I received an email telling me that some items were back ordered and would be shipped a week later but that the in stock items would be shipped immediately unless I responded to the link in the email within 24 hours. Being that these were small items and not needed right away I just wanted them to hold everything until it was all in stock and ship together. Save shipping and impact by only shipping once. The online access thru their "shopatron" system is absolutely worthless and if you do use the phone number you will be sent to god only knows where and you better put on your patient button. After finally reaching a human (very difficult to understand, this is Katadyn NORTH America right?) I was told that a couple items could ship now, another next week and another there was no idea when it would be in stock again. Now the online store says you have it. But you don't? Finally just cancelled the order. Yes, Katadyn North America I understand that my measly little order will in no way effect your business but I would think you could do a WHOLE lot better. Really disappointed.
