I live in Atlanta GA and was referred to Jerome Feazell for credit services. I would call and text so many times to receive updates on my credit because on Experian it read that score was “unavailable “. My husband and I invested over $6000 for his services and we only got messages that his son was in the hospital and he would get back to us. Still nothing. My husband’s score is in the low 500s and my score remains “unavailable “. He is extremely unprofessional and uses people’s vulnerability to steal from them. He speaks about God because he knows we are Christians and uses that as tool to manipulate. We have still contacted him and nothing. We have requested to get our money back for poor service and false advertisement but haven’t received nothing no response. We are on the brink of losing our home because of promises made to us by Mr Feazell. I hope our people would do better. This is why it’s hard to trust our people and we as a community trust others with our business. It’s a shame.
