I really liked ordering online for several years. But I made the mistake of ordering gift cards for my daughters this past Christmas. Now they don't redeem them anymore. Since they went bankrupt. So can we hope the new owner might honor them?r? Otherwise I am SOL $300.anymore

My best friend works in one if the stores. her paycheck is routinely late (a full week has passed at this time and she still hasn't recieved the latest one), no phone number to contact their Human Resources department.

Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. I received my initial order in a timely manner, however I needed a smaller size in many of the items, so I had to make a return. You have to call into customer service to get a return label issued. The return label takes 24-48 hours to get to you by email. My return label was never sent, and I had to call back a third time to have it reissued. Finally received my return label, so that I can return my items. In the meantime I placed a new order of the items I needed in the correct size. I received an email letting me know that my new order had shipped... it’s 10 days later and I STILL HAVEN’T gotten my order! Reluctantly and with much frustration I had to call back AGAIN! and explain my issues and was told that unfortunately there’s not really anything they can do for me other than marking my order as LOST!! 😡 and that I would need to allow 5-10 business days for processing and return of funds into my account!! Please BE AWARE, and save yourself time, hassle, and frustration, and do not order online from Christoper & Banks!! You will be disappointed, especially if you have to return items and do not have a store close by or are unable to return in person!! Disappointing! I will not order from them again! This was my first shopping experience with Christopher & Banks, and it will be my last!!!
