        I placed an order with Derek at Steel Altitude on July 17, 2021 and paid. the invoice via Square. I have placed numerous calls, emails, chats, etc and have not heard one word back. I am sending a note to the local MN police, with the address.

        I ordered a custom sign Jason Nadeau told me it would take 5 weeks, it has now been 9 weeks, they got their money but will not return calls, texts or reply to emails, one of the owners appears to be Parisa Parsakalleh. If there company went broke have the courtesy and courage to advise your paying customers. Since they have gone silent, As far as I'm concerned they are thieves, they better hope we never cross paths Stay far away from this company and the owners
