The Original Driveway Design

5 months after the work was done it took weeks to get a hold of someone. I told them the cement was cracking. I was told it had to be bigger than a quarter. This summer I noticed huge chips and chucks coming out. I've tried to get a hold of them for the 5 months, leaving messages with no reply. The driveway apron is falling apart and it's only a couple years old. My neighbors have driveways and sidewalks that are 15 years old that have no damage at all. Had someone come look at it and I was told the cement was too watered down when it was installed. I'm not sure if that is a thing or not. I just want a return call, so I can get this fixed!

When I determined that my driveway needed to be replaced, I met with several companies that install new and/or replacement driveways. I met with Randy the owner of The Original Driveway Design. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable person I met with on what needed to be done on my driveway. He made excellent recommendations and told me about things I should watch out for when talking to driveway replacement companies. There were a couple of ideas that I had as far as what could be done on my driveway that Randy recommended against saying that the doing things as I talked about would not last and I would not be satisfied with. In the end The Original Driveway Design quote was the most expensive quote of the companies I spoke with, due to the fact that Randy strongly recommended a concrete apron versus doing the entire driveway with asphalt, but I felt that The Original Driveway Design company would do the best job and I would be the happiest with their final result. Randy has a large crew that all seem to know what they were doing. Our new driveway looks great, and we expect to last a long time. I have already recommended The Original Driveway Design company to my next-door neighbor who stopped over to talk to me about my new driveway. I have also had a neighbor (that I don't know) who was walking along the sidewalk stop and say how great the driveway looked about two hours after the job was completed.

Randy and his crew did an awesome job installing my new driveway. They left everything nice and clean. They give great instructions and work quickly to get it done within two weeks. I was amazed of the finished look. If I ever needed any installment of concrete or asphalt, Original Driveway Design is the way to go.
