        This location is closed every single time I go, the hours say 9-6 but they are literally never open. Please update your hours so people aren’t wasting their time.

        I Opened an account over a year ago with TCF when I moved to Minnesota. They were great... until I stopped using my account. They decided to close my account WITHOUT my knowledge due to inactivity. They claim they sent me a letter stating they would be closing my account, but I NEVER received anything! I only found this out TODAY 4/6/18 when I went to cash a check under my account and they told me my account was CLOSED! They told me they only thing they could do is re-open a new account for me, charge me the new fees and deposit my check. My question is what did you do with my money I had in that account? I've never received a check? Is it just ok for you to go around and close accounts without properly notifying people? No phone call... No letter... and No check Thanks for NOTHING! and thanks for the AWFUL customer service!
