Rustads has an amazing collection, friendly staff, and does amazing installations. I needed carpet installed in a new addition and Tony did a wonderful job, and was quick! Cindy is friendly and takes the time to make you feel like you're their only customer. All around wonderful service and will definitely be recommending them and using their services again!

We have brand new floors but unfortunately lots of issues w/ installation - we came home to a hole in the wall behind our front door (which was left unlocked), dirt and dust everywhere, refrigerator had not been reconnected to the water supply, dishwasher had not been reinstalled properly, closet doors all left off in 3 rooms, baseboards destroyed with multiple chips and missing pieces and holes. The owner was made aware of these issues and no apology was made, no discount given, no further questions asked or explanation given. We will not be using them again.
